The POD is an innovative small waste compactor. It is compact which means it can be located in confined places where traditional waste compactors don’t fit, for example office buildings and parking garages. The compactor occupies the space of just six 1100L wheeled containers, whilst compacting as much as four tonnes of waste, the equivalent of up to 30 1100L containers.

This machine is most commonly used for dry mixed recycling and non-recycling streams. It’s compact size makes it ideal for loading bays with restricted room. The compactor is available with a manual or bin lifting load option. With this compactor, there is no nasty cleaning out to do due to the cylinders being tucked away inside the compactor.

Much like the skip portable compactor, the baby hook compactor is also available both as a manual load, and as bin lifter. This compactor also benefits by the cylinders being tucked away so no deep cleaning is required. This compactor is suitable for all waste types including food and wet waste due to it being fully sealed and water tight.

This new low-height compactor is ideal for buildings with restricted loading bays, but still generate large volumes of waste. The cylinders in this compactor are tucked away, so do not come into contact with the waste. This compactor is suitable for dry recycling and non-recycling and is available with or without the bin lifting option.

The dockloader compactor has the largest feed aperture of all the hooklift compactors. It has a pendulum blade which allows continuous feeding. This compactor can be utilised alongside a fixed dock bin lift. Although specifically designed to compact dry mixed recycling material, it also works well with non-recyclable material.

This compactor size is one of our most popular. Being the largest portable machine that we provide, it allows our customers to achieve the best possible payloads and therefore reduced vehicle movements. This compactor is used predominantly for dry recycling and non-recycling streams.

The auger compactor is a variation on the more commonly used static compactor. The auger uses a screw compaction mechanism which pushes material into the screw for high efficiency throughput. This compactor is able to handle different material types with varying motors for the different streams.

The static roll packer is able to increase payloads in open containers from 2 tonnes to 10 tonnes. This can offer substantial cost savings on transport. The rollpacker is able to deal with almost all types of bulky waste. There is an option for a variable cycle which means the machine can keep working whilst you continue with business as usual.

Bywaters provides in-bin 1100 litre compactors for general and recyclable materials. The in-bin compactor has been specifically designed for durability, cleanliness and security. Volumes can be increased by up to four times ensuring maximum payloads are achieved.
