We would like to extend our congratulations to Sachinkumar Dave, our esteemed on-site Bywaters Waste Operative at BNP 10 Fenchurch Avenue, for receiving the Bywaters Employee Excellence Award.

This month, Dave has gone the extra mile with helping out his fellow colleagues and work partners. Dave has extensively trained the new occupiers’ cleaning team on the waste process.

In the face of challenges, with our car lift out of service, Dave displayed true teamwork by adjusting his schedule. He had changed his hours, coming in at 07:30 so that the cages can be taken up to the loading bay.

Dave has consistently demonstrated a positive outlook and a proactive willingness to assist others, making him a valued member of our family and a well-deserving recipient of this recognition.
